1. Introduction

Welcome to batbit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and batbit ("bat batbit", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the batbit.net platform, including all associated products, services, features, and content available therein. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any batbit service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the batbit platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the batbit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and batbit.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on batbit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during account use.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended batbit account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of batbit or any of its technology or payment partners where such registration would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have previously submitted to batbit.

batbit reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, age, and residential address at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

By registering, you confirm that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. batbit accepts no liability for losses arising from accounts created using false or misleading information.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one batbit account at any given time. If batbit identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether through the same or different personal details — batbit reserves the right to merge those accounts, close duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and in cases of intentional multi-accounting, permanently suspend access to the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your batbit Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. batbit will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the batbit support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. batbit will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, batbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any of the following stages: upon registration, before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any point where batbit has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Accounts that remain unverified following a KYC request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your batbit account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, provided it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and all wagering requirements have been met, will be returned to your designated payment method.

4. Deposits & Payments

batbit accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• Rocket (DBBL mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit cap imposed by batbit, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your batbit wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance.

batbit does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and the deposit account may be flagged for review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the batbit account wallet section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• batbit reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a 30-day period.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and between 1 and 3 business days for bank transfer methods. batbit is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines.

batbit reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, batbit will notify you and may request supporting documentation to facilitate a review.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed on batbit are subject to the specific product rules displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the user, except where batbit explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit function for that market.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on batbit cover domestic and international fixtures including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, and all Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Market availability, odds, and in-play options are subject to the fixture schedule and real-time match conditions. batbit reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time due to match interruptions, data feed disruptions, or suspicious betting patterns. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. batbit does not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your wallet balance. Winnings derived from system errors will not be honoured.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product, market, and game. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of play. batbit reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits without prior notice where abnormal betting patterns are identified.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

batbit may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. batbit reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the batbit platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Transferring funds between batbit accounts or using a third party's payment account to fund your own account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the batbit platform — including but not limited to the batbit brand name, logo, design, software, text, images, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of batbit or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any portion of the batbit platform or its content without the express written permission of batbit. Unauthorised use of batbit intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if batbit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

batbit does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or entirely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. batbit will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any such disruption.

batbit's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to their batbit account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

batbit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with batbit, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. batbit implements industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data. 13. Amendments to These Terms

batbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, batbit will endeavour to provide notice via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the batbit platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Termination

batbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Any conduct that batbit determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.

Upon termination for breach, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active fraud investigations will be returned to the designated payment method after the completion of any required review process. batbit's decision regarding account termination is final.
